How do I place an order?​
We accept orders online, by phone, fax, email or in person.

​What is the return policy? ​​​

We offer a 7 day return policy on certain items only. Please check with a representative when placing an order. Special order items are non returnable. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for any items approved for return.



What happens if my items are damaged?
Inspect all shipments upon request of merchandise. All damages should be noted on freight bill and you must file a claim with the delivering carrier. We will be glad to render all possible assistance in securing satisfactory adjustment of such claims.


How are orders shipped?​
We ship orders via USPS or FedEx. Orders are shipped from Irvine, California. Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days. 

Approximate domestic shipping times are as follows:

USPS Standard Shipping - approximately 2-8 days.

FedEx Ground Shipping - approximately 2-5 business days.

FedEx 2 day Shipping - 2 business days.
